The Fusion FX7 Advance excells in image quality with its impressive 4.2/10 megapixel 16 bit (65,536 grayscales) CCD sensor. Due to the extremely high number of pixels the sensitivity can be increased up to 64 times by merging adjacent pixels ('binning'). Thereby the Fusion FX7 Advance is the ideal system for every kind of chemiluminescence, bioluminescence or in vivo luminescence analysis and meets the highest demands for resolution and image quality. HIGHEST SENSITIVITY The Fusion FX7 Advance offers a fixed angle objective with extremely high lens speed (f: 0.84) and autofocus that guarantees crispiest images even at short distances (< 20 cm) without the need of an additional close-up lens. The short distance and the omission of the close-up lens avoid loss of signal intensity and allow for compact design.
