<strong>Release</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>funds</strong> <strong>under</strong> Special Plan Assistance(SP A) durin2 <strong>2006</strong>-<strong>07</strong><br />
In continuation <strong>of</strong> this department's U.O. letter <strong>of</strong> even number dated 28th November,<br />
<strong>2006</strong>, it is to inform that the Ministry <strong>of</strong> Finance, Government <strong>of</strong> India, vide letter No 44( 1)-PF-l/<strong>2006</strong><br />
164 dated 27th November,<strong>2006</strong> has released Rs.54.63 crore out <strong>of</strong> Rs. 60.70 crore, being 90% grant<br />
component <strong>of</strong> Special Plan Assistance (<strong>SPA</strong>) for implementation <strong>during</strong> Annual Plan <strong>2006</strong>-<strong>07</strong>.<br />
2. The utilization <strong>of</strong> <strong>SPA</strong> will be strictly on concurre'l;ce <strong>of</strong> Finance <strong>Department</strong>. The<br />
eannarked fund shall be utilized only for the purpose for which it is approved and sanctioned. It is<br />
desirable that all out effort is made for completion <strong>of</strong> the works within current financial year. On<br />
completion ,<strong>of</strong> the works, the department shall furnish the Utilization Certificates to the Planning<br />
department for onward submission to the Planning Commission, New Delhi.<br />
3. The schematic break up <strong>of</strong> released amount <strong>under</strong> <strong>SPA</strong>in respect <strong>of</strong> Ali &<br />

4. Sequel to the decision <strong>of</strong> the State Planning Board held on 8th September,<strong>2006</strong>, above<br />
10% loan component amounting to Rs. 1.001akh shall be provided by the department from their current<br />
year's normal plan allocation.<br />
