GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING JTANAGAR Subject: Release of funds under One Time ACA during 2006-07 In continuation of this department's U.O. letter of even number dated 28[/1November, 2006, it is to inform that the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, vide letter No 44( 1)-PFI/2006-266 dated! 6th March,2007 has released Rs.27.00 crare out of Rs. 30.00 crore, being 90% grant component of One Time ACA for implementation during Annual Plan 2006-07 .. , 2. The utilization of One Time ACA will be strictly on concurrence of Finance Department. The earmarked fund shall be utilized only for the purpose for which it is approved and sanctioned. Jt is desirable that all out effort is made for completion of the works within current financial year. On completion of the works, concerned departments shall furnish the Utilization Certificates to the Planning department for onward submission to the Planning Commission, New Delhi. 21 13 3. as under: The schematic and department-wise break up of released amount under One Time ACA is Renovation Approved Sl.
