GOVERNMENT OF ARUNACHAL PRADESH DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING ITANAGAR Subject: Release of funds under Special Plan Assistance(SP A) durin2 2006-07 In continuation of this department's U.O. letter of even number dated 28th November, 2006, it is to inform that the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, vide letter No 44(1)-PF-l/2006 164 dated 27th November,2006 .has released Rs.54.63 crore out of Rs. 60.70 crore, being 90% grant component of Special Plan Assistance ( SPA) for implementation during Annual Plan 2006-07. 2. The utilization of SPA will be strictly on concurrence of Finance DepaJiment. The earmarked fund shall be utilized only for the purpose for which it is approved and sanctioned. It is desirable that all out effort is made for completion of the works within current financial year. On completion of the works, the department shall furnish the Utilization Certificates to the Planning department for onward submission to the Planning Commission, New Delhi. 15 14 13 12 11 17 16 43 62 78 5 3.
