CONDITIONS:<br />

Entries on the day - entry fees to be paid before judging commences. Nomination cards can be purchased on the day.<br />

<strong>THE</strong> NOMINATION BOX WILL BE LOCATED BENEATH <strong>THE</strong> ANNOUNCER’S BOX.<br />

Nomination box will be open from 7.00am to 10.00am. After 10.00am nominations & stable enquiries can be made in ring<br />

centre.<br />

By lodging your nomination on the day you accept the rules, by laws and regulations of the Show Society.<br />

E.F.A. rules apply in all Hacking and Showjumping events.<br />

Horses entered in any class to be measured at the discretion of the stewards.<br />

Horses entered in any class may be swabbed at the discretion of the stewards. EFA RULES WILL APPLY.<br />

The Ring Committee reserves the right to change the sequence of events at its discretion.<br />

Competitors are expected to check the rings and be on time for their respective classes.<br />

An exhibitor shall ensure that horse and competitor are entered and shown only in the correct classes.<br />

Penalties will be incurred at the Society's discretion should this rule be violated.<br />

The judge's decision shall be final. No competitor or exhibitor shall approach a judge with regard to a decision<br />

unless they first obtain permission from the Chief' Steward or Ring Steward.<br />

All riders enter these events at their own risk. Neither the organising committee, nor the Brookfield Show<br />

Society accept any responsibility for injury to any person, horse or property howsoever caused.<br />

STABLE BOOKINGS<br />

Indoor stables - $15.00 per day. Outside yards - $10.00 per day. A day is defined as:<br />

Thursday 5.00pm – 5.00pm Friday<br />

Friday 5.00pm – 5.00pm Saturday<br />

Saturday 5.00pm – 5.00pm Sunday<br />

All stable bookings must be made in writing & must be accompanied by payment & refundable stable deposit.<br />

Please specify clearly the period of time the stable is required from and to, when booking.<br />

STABLE BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT.<br />

Keys will be left in the box at the Cricketers Pavilion for your collection.<br />

Bookings will include a $30.00 deposit, which will be refunded when the stable has been vacated, left clean & locked and<br />

the key & padlock is returned to ring centre to either Jill Brocklebank or Julie Jelley by 5.00pm.<br />
