We’re happy to offer you this set of heifers and steers for our sixth sale at the 

Tulsa State Fair. The consignors have selected lots with quality and value in mind. 

Everyone associated with OCCA hopes our sale will grow each year and become 

one of the events our friends and members look forward to each fall. 

Our thanks go to the Tulsa State Fair for welcoming us. Our goal is to offer youth 

exhibitors and breeders a convenient place to purchase or sell steers and heifers.

and the fun our members have during the year.

SALE TERMS 

Terms of Sale 

Terms of the sale are cash or check. All cattle are to 

be paid for during or immediately after the sale and 

will not be released until after settlement has been 

made. 

Cattle Guarantee 

Each animal will be at the buyer’s risk as soon as 

sold. Further guarantees may be offered by 

individual consignors on a lot by lot basis. Please 

inquire with individual consignors. 

Liabilities 

All persons who attend the sale do so at their own 

risk. Neither OCCA nor the Tulsa State Fair assume 

liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents or loss 

of property. 

Bidding 

All animals sell to the highest bidder. Any disputes 

or challenges regarding bids will be settled by the 

auctioneer, and his decision will be final. 

Registrations, Steer Certificates and Health Papers 

All cattle eligible for registrations will be registered 

at the time of sale. Transfer paperwork will be 

completed at time of payment. Oklahoma Breeders 

Verification Certificate Applications will be provided 

on each steer at the time of payment; health papers 

will also be provided on each lot. 

Announcements 

Announcements made from the auction block will 

take precedence over this catalog or any other form 

of advertisement. 

Supplement Sheets 

Supplement sheets will take precedence over 

statements in the sale catalog. We reserve the right 

to remove any lot in this catalog that does not meet 

the standards set in this auction.
