We’re happy to offer you this set of <strong>heifers</strong> and <strong>steers</strong> for our sixth sale at <strong>the</strong><br />

Tulsa State Fair. The consignors have selected lots with quality and value in mind.<br />

Everyone associated with OCCA hopes our sale will grow each year and become<br />

one of <strong>the</strong> events our friends and members look forward to each fall.<br />

Our thanks go to <strong>the</strong> Tulsa State Fair for welcoming us. Our goal is to offer youth<br />

exhibitors and breeders a convenient place to purchase or sell <strong>steers</strong> and <strong>heifers</strong>.<br />

SALE TERMS<br />

Terms of Sale<br />

Terms of <strong>the</strong> sale are cash or check. All cattle are to<br />

be paid for during or immediately after <strong>the</strong> sale and<br />

will not be released until after settlement has been<br />

made.<br />

Cattle Guarantee<br />

Each animal will be at <strong>the</strong> buyer’s risk as soon as<br />

sold. Fur<strong>the</strong>r guarantees may be offered by<br />

individual consignors on a lot by lot basis. Please<br />

inquire with individual consignors.<br />

Liabilities<br />

All persons who attend <strong>the</strong> sale do so at <strong>the</strong>ir own<br />

risk. Nei<strong>the</strong>r OCCA nor <strong>the</strong> Tulsa State Fair assume<br />

liability, legal or o<strong>the</strong>rwise, for any accidents or loss<br />

of property.<br />

Bidding<br />

All animals sell to <strong>the</strong> highest bidder. Any disputes<br />

or challenges regarding bids will be settled by <strong>the</strong><br />

auctioneer, and his decision will be final.<br />

Registrations, Steer Certificates and Health Papers<br />

All cattle eligible for registrations will be registered<br />

at <strong>the</strong> time of sale. Transfer paperwork will be<br />

completed at time of payment. <strong>Oklahoma</strong> Breeders<br />

Verification Certificate Applications will be provided<br />

on each steer at <strong>the</strong> time of payment; health papers<br />

will also be provided on each lot.<br />

Announcements<br />

Announcements made from <strong>the</strong> auction block will<br />

take precedence over this catalog or any o<strong>the</strong>r form<br />

Supplement Sheets<br />

Supplement sheets will take precedence over<br />
