Mr. Manu Anand, India-Head <strong>of</strong> Pepsico<br />

Mr Manu Anand is the new India-Head <strong>of</strong> PepsiCo, as the incumbent Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO),<br />

Mr Sanjeev Chadha, has been promoted chief <strong>of</strong> the global beverage and snacks giant's West Asia and Africa<br />

operations with effect from January 1, 2011.<br />

Mr. Premchand Palety, CEO, Centre for Forecasting and Research<br />

Premchand Palety is the Chief Executive <strong>of</strong> Centre for Forecasting & Research (C fore). He has over 15 years<br />

experience in market research, opinion research, election surveys and performance appraisal studies at national<br />

level. He has conducted election surveys in almost every <strong>Indian</strong> State. He has conducted pre poll surveys and exit<br />

polls for Doordarshan, TV-9, Suvarna News ,Outlook and Hindustan Times among others. He has also analysed<br />

election results for Doordarshan for over 5 years. For about a decade he has also been writing on management<br />

education. His articles have been published in The Wall Street Journal, Mint, Hindustan Times, Economic Times<br />

and Outlook. He has also authored a book on <strong>Indian</strong> Business Schools published by Penguin. He has been a<br />

columnist for Mint since its launch for over 2 years. At present he is columnist for the The Wall Street Journal where he is also the<br />

contributing editor.<br />

Dr. Rajan Saxena, Narsee Monjee Institute <strong>of</strong> Management Studies<br />

Dr. Rajan Saxena was the Director <strong>of</strong> IIM, Indore, S.P.Jain Institute <strong>of</strong> Management & Research and Dean <strong>of</strong><br />

Narsee Monjee Institute <strong>of</strong> Management Studies, Mumbai. He has been in management education since 1972 and<br />

has over 37 years <strong>of</strong> pr<strong>of</strong>essional experience in management education, research, consulting and institution<br />

building. Dr.Saxena's teaching & research interests are, <strong>Marketing</strong> Strategy, Services <strong>Marketing</strong> & Customer<br />

Relationship Management. Dr. Saxena is widely respected in the country as a marketing educator and consultant .<br />

He has consulted over 50 <strong>Indian</strong> and multinational companies. He has published 60 articles in <strong>Indian</strong> and Foreign<br />

journals. His book titled <strong>Marketing</strong> Management by Tata McGraw- Hill is today in the 4th edition and is one <strong>of</strong> the<br />

widely used text books for marketing in <strong>Indian</strong> Business Schools. Dr. Saxena has received several awards. Dr. Saxena has been<br />

on the advisory and corporate board <strong>of</strong> several institutions & companies.<br />

Dr. Rajiv P. Dant, University <strong>of</strong> Oklahoma, Journal <strong>of</strong> Retailing<br />

Pr<strong>of</strong>essor Dant's primary research interests include channels <strong>of</strong> distribution, research methodology, supply chain<br />

management and franchising, with special emphasis on conflict management, and managing inter-organizational<br />

governance and relationships. His research has previously appeared in several leading journals across the world.<br />

Pr<strong>of</strong>essor Dant is a past Chair <strong>of</strong> the International Society <strong>of</strong> Franchising and has since served on the Executive<br />

Committee <strong>of</strong> its Board <strong>of</strong> Governors. He serves on the editorial boards <strong>of</strong> five journals and the ad hoc editorial<br />

boards <strong>of</strong> another six journals. He has also assisted various organizations with executive development, research<br />

and consulting in the areas <strong>of</strong> marketing analysis, marketing research, distribution planning and strategy.<br />
