Association’s Summer Healthcare Reimbursement Conference
(rather than the acronym AAA) to receive the special rate of
$199.00 single/double occupancy not including applicable
taxes. Hurry! The room block for the American Ambulance
Association is guaranteed only until June 16, 2009. After
this date, guest rooms will be subject to prevailing rates and

Registration
Registration is required to attend the sessions.
Fees listed are PER PERSON.
Early Registration – REGISTER EARLY AND SAVE! Complete
registration and payment by Friday June 26, 2009 and
receive the discount. Early Registration Fees are $375 for
AAA members and $625 for non-members. Conference
Registration will be accepted until Friday June 26, 2009,
after this date registrations can be completed on-site.
Registrations on-site will incur an additional fee increase.
Additional discounts are available through the AAA Team
Rate, which is multiple participants from the same AAA
member company who register simultaneously by the
Early Registration Deadline of Friday June 26, 2009. Save
$35.00 on each registration. The AAA Team Rate of $340 is
applicable thereafter and until Friday, June 26, 2009. On-site
registration rates for each Team Member will be $440.
After the Early Registration Fee deadline, Registration Fees
are $475 for AAA members and $725 for non-members.
The Conference Registration deadline is Friday, June 26,
2009. After this date, please bring all registrations on-site to
the AAA Registration Desk, where there will be a fee increase.

Summer Healthcare Reimbursement Conference.

compliance issues, and valuable information on
bringing dispatch, field, and billing efforts together to
improve reimbursement.
In addition to the Healthcare Reimbursement track, this
summer’s conference will also have a session focusing
on alternative revenue sources such as membership
programs, and medi-alert bracelets, a keynote speaker
on quality measures for ambulance service providers
and a panel discussion on improving and maintaining
relationships with your carrier.

CANCELLATIONS
All requests for refunds must be sent, in writing, to the AAA
executive office on company letterhead. Cancellations
received by June 29, 2009 qualify for a 75% refund. Refunds
will NOT be issued for no-shows or cancellations received
after June 29, 2009. Substitutions of attendees are accepted
at any time.
AAA Membership Information
If you are not a current member of the AAA, you may join at
the time you register and enjoy the AAA Member registration
rates!
• Active (voting). Any organization engaged in
providing fee for service ground ambulance
transportation which meets the standards of
the Board of Directors including government
organizations, and is not eligible for other
membership category. Annual dues based on
the number of ambulances. Each ambulance
is $218 and the dues cap is 40 ambulances
or $8774.
• Any entity engaged in the business of providing ambulance
or public safety services, which are government-operated
fire departments, aeromedical services, or volunteer-based
services. Government and aeromedical providers, $807.
Volunteer (50% volunteer): less than 10 ambulances,
$218; more than 10 ambulances, $436.
• Affiliate (non-voting). Any person, partnership or corporation
engaged in activities relating to or supporting the
ambulance service/medical transport industry including
manufacturing, sales, rental, training, and certification.
Dues, $1216.
• State Association Member (non-voting) Any entity engaged
in the business of providing member benefits to ambulance
service providers for a specific geographic region in
the U.S. State Association Members must meet the standards
prescribed by the Board of Directors. $287.
