Certain amendment – Orders – Issued.

Read the following:
1. G.O. Ms No. 901 MA&UD (M) Department Dated: 31-12-2007.
2. G.O. Ms No. 112 MA&UD (M) Department Dated: 31-01-2008.
ORDER:
In the G.O. first read above and as amended in the G.O. second read
above, the time of 90 days from the date of publication of the Notification of
Rules was stipulated for filing applications for regulation and penalization of
existing unauthnorizedly constructed buildings, and the said time would come to
an end by 31-03-2008. However due to pendency of W.P. No. 1069 of 2008,
before the Hon’ble High court, challenging the said rules issued in the G. Os
read above, it has been represented to extend the time for submission of
applications.
The Government after careful consideration of the matter and in
exercise of the powers conferred under Section 455 AA of the Hyderabad
Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, Section 218 (A) of the A.P. Municipalities Act,
1965, Section 46(A) of the AP Urban Areas (Development) act, 1975, hereby
issue the following amendment to the Rules issued in the G.O 1 st read above:
AMENDMENT
In Rule 3 of the said rules for the words “within 90 days from the date of
Notification of the rules” the following words shall be substituted, namely:
“On or before 30-04-2008”
