14 Ongoing Measures During Series Production
The supplier bears full responsibility for the quality of his products.
Amongst other measures, this must be assured by the supplier by means of:
� Process capability analyses
� Process control measures
� Employee training
� Internal audits
15 Mandatory Insurance
The supplier is required to procure insurance coverage for product liability, recall actions and guarantee claims, and
must uninterruptedly maintain such insurance coverage during the entire term of this agreement, and provide
HUHN with substantiation of such insurance coverage at any time upon request.
HUHN shall be granted access to production areas at any time if it becomes necessary in dealing with problems.
Insured sums are based upon the supplier’s risk analysis for his products and processes.
16 Secrecy
Both parties to this agreement undertake to maintain secrecy regarding all information received from the other
party, and to use it exclusively in the interest of the contractual relationship which exists between the parties to this
agreement.
17 Use of Sub-Suppliers
If applicable, the supplier shall bind his sub-suppliers to all requirements specified by HUHN.
HUHN reserves the right to visit such sub-suppliers, in order to gather information regarding their stages of
development, manufacturing processes etc.
This may also involve auditing sub-suppliers in cooperation with, and in the presence of the supplier.
18 Additional Freight Charges
Additional freight charges paid by the supplier must be recorded by the supplier and made available to HUHN for
review upon request.
19 Term of Validity
These supplier quality guidelines are valid indefinitely. They can be terminated by giving three months written
notice.
20 Terms and Conditions of Purchase
HUHN’s current terms and conditions of purchase are an integral part of all purchase orders.
