Non-refundable fee of R219.70 payable (Please bring
the exact amount) to Drakenstein Municipality required
for collection of documents.
Telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, e-mail and late tenders will not be
accepted. The lowest, only or any bid shall not necessarily be accepted and the
Council reserves the right to accept any part of the bid.
TENDERS TO BE DEPOSITED IN: The tender box at the entrance of the Municipal
offices of Drakenstein Municipality, Civic Centre, Berg River Boulevard PAARL, 7620.
(Ensure tender number and title are on envelope).
NOTE:
This tender will be evaluated in terms of the revised
Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2011 that was
promulgated by the Minister of Finance on 8 June 2011 in
Government Gazette No 34350.
PROCUREMENT PREFERENCE POINT SYSTEM: 90/10
The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written Contract Form
