Andreas Preuss
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Eurex Zürich AG and Eurex Frankfurt AG
Member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG
Andreas Preuss is the Deputy CEO of Deutsche Börse AG and responsible for the Cash & Derivatives
Markets division. He holds the positions of Chief Executive Officer of the Executive Boards of Eurex
Zürich AG and Eurex Frankfurt AG. Furthermore, Andreas Preuss is a Member of the Executive
Board of Eurex Clearing AG as well as the Management Boards of Eurex Deutschland and the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange. In October 2012, Andreas Preuss was elected Chairman of the World
Federation of Exchanges.
Mr. Preuss joined Deutsche Terminbörse (DTB) in 1990, initially as a member of the new products
division and then as Customer Service Director. In 1994, Mr. Preuss was appointed a Member of the
Management Board of Deutsche Börse AG, and in 1998 he became a Member of the Executive
Boards of the newly established Eurex. In 2000, he became President of Trading Technologies
International Inc. in Chicago before accepting the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Board
Member and (since 2003) Partner for Mako Group, a leading market maker in exchange-traded
options. In 2006, Mr. Preuss rejoined Deutsche Börse AG.
Mr. Preuss studied Business Administration ("Betriebswirtschaftslehre") at the University of
Hamburg, receiving a graduate degree ("Diplom-Kaufmann").
Michael Peters

Head of Sales & Marketing
Michael Peters has been a Member of the Executive Boards of Eurex Zurich AG and Eurex Frankfurt
AG since 2006. He is also a member of the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland. As a Board
Member, Mr. Peters is responsible for sales and marketing, including business research, pricing
policy and for corporate business development in Asia and the Middle East (excluding China).

In addition, he is responsible for the Eurex Representative Offices in Chicago, Hong Kong, London,
Paris, Singapore, Tokyo and Zurich.
From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Peters worked at OMX AB in Stockholm as Head of Projects as well as for
Strategic Initiatives. Besides important projects for exchange and clearing organizations in the U.S.
and Asia/Pacific, his duties included the evaluation and implementation of strategic initiatives for
the next generation of trading and clearing systems.
From 2000 to 2001, he was Managing Director of Trading Technologies in Frankfurt and Chicago,
responsible for Business Development.
From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Peters held various management positions within Deutsche Börse and
Eurex, as well as Deutsche Terminbörse (DTB), a predecessor of Eurex. From March 2006 until
March 2013 he was a Member of the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG.
Thomas Book

Thomas Book was appointed CEO of Eurex Clearing AG in April 2013, where he has been a Member
of the Executive Board since March 2007. He has also been a Member of the Executive Boards of
Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Zürich AG since December 2006. In addition, he became a member
of the Management Board of Eurex Deutschland in May 2007.
Since joining Deutsche Börse Group in October 1995, Mr. Book has held a number of different
leadership and project management positions at Deutsche Börse and Eurex. From October 2004
until November 2006 he was in charge of market development for the cash and derivatives markets
as well as for international strategic projects.
Thomas Book received a diploma in Business Administration at the University of Münster in 1995.
He completed a Ph. D. thesis on "Electronic stock exchange trading and global markets" at Justus-
Liebig University of Giessen in 2000 which was awarded the first prize of the Paul Julius Reuter
Innovation Award in 2003.
Since April 2011, Thomas Book is a Member of the ESMA Securities and Markets Stakeholder Group
which advises the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).
Brendan Bradley
Member of the Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Zürich AG
Brendan Bradley has worked within the exchange traded derivative industry for over 25 years. In
1987, he started his career at LIFFE and later became manager
of Product and Market Development. He acted as a consultant to Deutsche Terminbörse/Eurex from
1995 to 1998. From 1999-2006, he worked as an
independent consultant in the industry until he re-joined Eurex again in 2006 as Head of Product
Strategy. He took over the responsibility for Eurex’s Innovation Management approach in April
2013.

Mehtap Dinc
Member of the Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Zürich AG
Head of Product Research & Development
Mehtap Dinc has been in the financial industry for 20 years working in different positions in the
banking sector; she joined Eurex in 1999 as a Product Manager. Since then, Dinc held a variety of
product strategy, product development and project management positions. She took over the
responsibility for Product Development at Eurex in March 2012 and is responsible for development
and management of derivatives contracts. Since November 2013 she is also a member of the
Management Board of Eurex Deutschland.
Gary Katz
CEO and President of International Securities Exchange (ISE)
Member of the Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Zürich AG
Gary Katz is President and Chief Executive Officer of the International Securities Exchange (ISE)
and is a co-founder of the Exchange. Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Katz served as
Chief Operating Officer of ISE.
Mr. Katz is one of the principal developers of ISE's unique options market structure - an auction
market on an electronic platform. He is named as inventor or co-inventor on six patents that ISE
has received or applied for relating to its proprietary trading system and technology.
Before joining ISE at its inception, Mr. Katz served from 1997 to 1998 as President and co-founder
of K-Squared Research, LLC, a financial services consulting firm. From 1986 until 1997, he held
several positions in the Options and Index Products Division at the New York Stock Exchange where
he became Managing Director. During his tenure at NYSE, Mr. Katz also was a co-founder of The
Options Industry Council, a trade group dedicated to promoting the equity options sector through
the education of the investing public. Prior to 1986, Mr. Katz was an actuary with the Equitable Life
Assurance Company and is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries.
Mr. Katz formerly was an Adjunct Professor of Statistics at the Stern School of Business, New York
University, where he conducted classes in business mathematics applications and also taught
classes in options strategies and pricing at the New York Institute of Finance. Mr. Katz has an MS in
Statistics with Distinction from New York University and a BA from Queens College.
Mr. Katz is a Director of ISE and serves on the Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex
Zürich AG. He is also on the Board of Directors of OCC and Direct Edge Holdings, LLC.
Peter Reitz
CEO of European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) and European Commodity Clearing AG (ECC)
Member of the Executive Boards of Eurex Frankfurt AG and Eurex Zürich AG
Since August 2011, Peter Reitz has been Chief Executive Officer of the European Energy Exchange
AG and the European Commodity Clearing AG.
He is a member of the Executive Board of Eurex Zürich AG and Eurex Frankfurt AG – a position he
has held since August 2001.
Mr. Reitz worked for Deutsche Börse from 1991 to 2000, performing various management functions
in the area of product development, as head of the IP Design & Functionality section. He was also

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of STOXX Limited from 1998 until 1999. In April 2000, Mr. Reitz
was appointed as Head of Research & Development at U.S.-based Dow Jones Indexes before
moving to the Executive Board of Eurex in August 2001. Until March 2013 he was also a Member of
the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG and until November 2013 he was a Member of the
Management Board of Eurex Deutschland.
Mr. Reitz studied mathematics and economics at Braunschweig Technical University, earning the
German degree of Diplom-Mathematiker (diploma in mathematics).
