Terms & Conditions of Trading
In the event of cancellation of any confirmed booking by a
client a cancellation fee shall be paid to the company
calculated as follows:
The total charge is applicable if notice of cancellation is
received less than 14 days prior to the commencement date
of the function.
50% of the total charge if notice of cancellation is received
between 14 & 28 days prior to the commencement date of
the function
The cancellation fee will be based on the numbers given at
the time of booking and includes all items pre-booked.
All accounts are payable within 14 days of the receipt of
invoice. The company reserves the right to charge interest
at 2.5% per month compounded monthly on all
overdue accounts.
The client will be responsible for any damage caused to
Middlesbrough Football Club or the furnishings, utensils and
equipment therein by the wilful act or default of the customers
or guests of the client and shall pay the Company on
demand the amount required to make good or remedy any
such damage.
The client must ensure that any equipment not supplied by
Middlesbrough Football Club complies with British Safety
Standards and Middlesbrough Football Club are notified of
its amp loading. Middlesbrough Football Club must also be
notified of outlet requirements.
A signed confirmation of your booking is required. This
represents acceptance of the conditions of trading. The
company reserves the right to cancel or to change the timings
of a function due to football commitments.
