What’s new?
Fiona I’Anson, head of financial services says,
“This summer we will be introducing a new
electronic invoice approval procedure. This
means that all invoices will first be scanned
by the team in finance, then electronically
submitted to authorised signatories for
approval via the Exchange alerts. This is an
exciting project that will lead to a reduction
in paperflow across all trust sites and will give
us a more efficient accounts payable service.”

annual accounts), accounts
payable, accounts receivable,
cash management, and patient
services at Broadmoor.

shows the full team structure and provides
updates on the invoice approval project.
The team will also be rolling out short
training sessions next year to cover some
core processes such as petty cash float
management, cash advance forms and how to
query invoices. If you have any ideas on what
