The ingenious design raises and lowers the entire machine, so there is no need for complicated conveyors and stackers. The DL has six precision spindle ball screws that move the entire machine up and down, eliminating material stress, expensive double-high stackers and multi-level infeed systems. The DL has a smaller footprint than most machines on the market and on average uses 15 percent more roller sets than competitors, which translates into longer-lasting tooling.
