Delta ® . Our newest smart solution is Proximity 

Sensing Technology – the innovation that 

provides hands-free functionality. Proximity 

Sensing Technology enables one to turn on 

the water simply by placing a hand near the 

faucet spout. The entire faucet body acts as 

a sensor, responding when activated. With 

Proximity, there are no optics or infrared 

to maintain. Consider Proximity Sensing 

Technology for an all-around responsive 

faucet experience. 

FLOW RATE OPTIONS. 

Choose from a variety of fixed or adjustable flow 

rates to customize your commercial product. Our 

manual flush valves have an external adjustment 

screw that can accommodate various flush volume

Using the principals of triangulation, H 2 

Optics measures the angle of the returned 

beam to detect the user, resulting in a reliable performance. 

With superior sensing, the infrared technology calculates distance and activates when 

an object is placed within a set proximity. Other infrared technology works on the 

intensity of light, which may detect outside influences and cause the faucet or toilet 

to activate unnecessarily, one of the key concerns of those in the industry. 

With a response time of four pulses per second, H 2 

Optics provides a good balance 

between reaction time and battery conservation. Delta now provides both faucets and

TEMPASSURE. ® 

Water that is too hot can scald skin in the 

shower and pose a safety hazard. Delta ® has 

anticipated this concern with TempAssure 

Thermostatic valves that keep the water in the 

shower within a safe ±3.6˚ F (±2˚ C). It’s an 

ideal solution for hospitals and long-term care 

facilities. An adjustable high-temperature limit 

stop eliminates the worry that an individual 

may set the water too hot for comfort.
