The IMS PREMIUM Improvement module supports the implementation of the continuous
improvement process (CIP) in all areas of the company. Deviations from
goals, suggestions for improvements, audit discrepancies, errors and complaints
can be captured quickly and processed sustainably. The planning and execution
of analyses and measures are based on the Deming cycle Plan-Do-Check-Act.
