competence matrix and personal descriptions define the management structure.
All the information relating to positions, roles and people are clearly displayed

In conjunction with the IMS PREMIUM Processes module, this results in a comprehensive
snapshot of all the process structures and responsibilities. Organizational
charts can be created manually or fully automatically on the basis of an imported
structure. Different display and layout formats enable them to be adapted to meet
corporate requirements.
