THE FIVE LOVE
LANGUAGES
SANCTUARY BIBLE STUDY, JUNE 10, 2012
DR. GARY
CHAPMAN
WHY LOVE IS IMPORTANT…
“For love, we will climb mountains,
cross seas, traverse desert sands,
and endure untold hardships.
Without love, mountains become
unclimbable, seas uncrossable,
deserts unbearable, and hardships
our lot in life.”
― Gary Chapman, The Five Love
Languages: The Secret to Love that
Lasts
DR. CHAPMAN’S “LOVE LANGUAGES”
• Dr. Chapman believes that there are five love
languages and the important thing in the
marriage/child/ teen relationship is to speak the
love language of your spouse, child or teen. Once
you identify and learn to speak this primary love
language, Dr. Chapman believes that you will have
discovered the key to a long-lasting, loving
marriage and family connection.
