Enabling legislation
1. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) makes this instrument
under paragraph 60lQA(1Xb) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act).
Title
2. This instrument is ASIC Instrument 13-686.
Commencement
3. This instrument commences upon execution.
I)eclaration
4. Chapter 5C of the Act applies to W.A. Blue Gum Limited ACN 060 t79 982 (IfAßq
until l1 June 2013 as if section 60lFM of the Act were modified or varied by omitting
subsection (2) and substituting:
" (2) If the mernbers vote to remove the responsible entity and, at the same meeting,
choose a company to be the new (esponsible entity that consents, in writing, to
becoming the scheme's responsible entity subject to the events outlined in the
explanatory mernorandum (and accompanying documentation) occurring:
(a) as soon as practicable after, and in any event within 2 business days after the
resolution is passed or the events have occurred (whichever is the later), the
current responsible entity must lodge a notice with ASIC asking it to alter the
record of the scheme's registration to name the chosen company as the scheme's
responsible entity; and
(b) if the current responsible entity does not lodge the notice required by paragraph
(a), the company chosen by the msmbers to be the new responsible entity may
lodge that notice; and
(c) ASIC must comply with the notice when it is lodged."

5. Members of the following registered schemes (each a scheme) by resolution on or
about 2g May 2013 choose V/ABG to be the new respollsible entity of the ¡elevant
Scheme subjêct to the events outlined in the Explanatory Memorandum occurring:
(a) Gunns Plantations woodlot Project 2002 ARSN 099 584 675;
(b) Gururs Plantations woodlot Project 2003 ARSN 104 213 710;
(c) Gunns Plantations woodlot Project 2004 ARSN 108 690 080;
(d) Gunns Plantations woodlot Project 2005 ARSN ll3 092 854;
(e) Gunns Plantations Limited woodlot Project 2006 ARSN 118 534 106; and
(Ð Gunns plantations Lirnited Woodlot Project 2008 ARSN 128 933 237.
6. WABG has agreed in writing to become the new responsible entity of each Scheme.
Interpretation
In this instrument:
Explanatory Memorandutn means the explanatory memorandum to members for the notice
of meeting of for a Scheme dated on or about 29 Apnl2013'
