*At present the On Demand Examination is conducted at NIOS headquarter, A-31, Institutional Area,
Sector-62, Noida-201309, U.P. (India). The candidates registered under ODES (Stream 3 and 4) will have
to come at their own to Noida (India) for appearing in examination. This facility will not be provided
outside India at present.
(c) How to Pay the Fee
(i) For Admission through AI : Payment of fee with regard to admission should be paid to the
AI in the form of Bank Draft drawn in favour of “Coordinator ...................” (Name of the AI)
where you are seeking admission. The AI will issue you a Provisional Admission Letter cum
Acknowledgment for receipt of Admission Form and fee. Please take this receipt as a proof
of payment.
(ii) Fees for On-line Admission :
For Stream-1
Through Bank Draft in favour of "Coordinator ................. (Name of the AI)" payable at the
place of AI in Nepal as at Appendix-H.
For Stream-2, 3 and 4
Through Bank Draft in favour of the "Secretary, NIOS" payable at Noida to Online Cell at
NIOS Hdqrs., A-24/25, Sector-62, Noida-201309, U.P. within 10 days of Online registration.
NIOS will not be responsible if the request for admission is not considered on account of short
payment deposited with the AI or if no seat is available with the AI.
Cancellation of Admission
Your admission will be cancelled
if the admission form is incomplete,
if the fee paid is short,
if the supporting documents are not complete,
if false documents have been submitted,
if required educational qualifications are not fulfilled,
if the minimum age criteria is not fulfilled,
if incorrect or wrong information is given,
if the Secondary examination is not passed from a recognised board.
Note: Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered and fee paid will not be
refunded under any circumstances.
