The prospective students are warmly encouraged to visit our web-site for detailed and at the same time lucid
admissions requirements. Here are just the most essential steps that each candidate has to make in order to become
our student.
ESSENTIAL STEPS OF THE ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE:
a) Visit Collegium Civitas’ web-site, explore it, find out about our courses, lecturers and attractions of student
life, and then decide which program is the most appealing to you and to which you would like to apply.
b) Download the application from our web-site and fill it in. Then gather all other documents required for the
admission as specified in the application form. Collecting all these documents together with a receipt of the
application fee payment results in assembling an application package, which has to be sent to Collegium
Civitas by regular post. Note that apart from the application form, signed by you, all other supportive
documents should be sent to us as copies.
c) The Admissions Committee considers your application package and if it decides to offer you admission
to Collegium Civitas, you are supposed to send us originals of some of your documents and pay the entry fee.
d) Once the originals and the entry fee payment are received, Collegium Civitas issues an official letter
of acceptance (which may be used for obtaining a Polish visa when necessary).
e) Contact our Office of Studies in English and ask for assistance in arranging your arrival at Warsaw.
