made available to interested bidders.<br />

What is an additional “five (5) six month term” on the Scope of Project page 14? This allows the<br />
District to continue doing business with the awarded vendor without going out for bid if both<br />
parties agree to the price and terms.<br />
On standard terms and conditions page 3 and item 4, disregard the material is F.O.B. Plant not<br />
delivered.<br />
On general terms and conditions page 6 item 2, disregard the material is F.O.B. Plant not<br />
delivered.<br />
