Model c<strong>on</strong>tractual clauses<br />
• Article 15<br />
• 1. Each Party shall encourage, as appropriate, the<br />
development, update <strong>and</strong> use of sectoral <strong>and</strong> crosssectoral<br />
model c<strong>on</strong>tractual clauses for mutually agreed<br />
terms.<br />
• 2. <str<strong>on</strong>g>The</str<strong>on</strong>g> C<strong>on</strong>ference of the Parties serving as the<br />
meeting of the Parties to this <str<strong>on</strong>g>Protocol</str<strong>on</strong>g> shall periodically<br />
take stock of the use of sectoral <strong>and</strong> cross-sectoral<br />
model c<strong>on</strong>tractual clauses.<br />
