Workshop (BLTW) is the world’s<br />
largest and most successful annual<br />
Greek leadership conference. BLTW<br />
is a central element of an <strong>in</strong>tegrated,<br />
comprehensive leadership development<br />
strategy for <strong>Sigma</strong> <strong>Chi</strong> <strong>in</strong> conjunction<br />
with Horizons, Cornerstone, and<br />
Journey. Operat<strong>in</strong>g for 62 years,<br />
BLTW reached an undergraduate<br />
attendance record <strong>in</strong> 2009 when<br />
1,525 young men attended.<br />

Workshop is the primary annual<br />
tra<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g program for undergraduate<br />
and alumni chapter officers. BLTW<br />
<strong>in</strong>cluded the curriculum divisions<br />
for Consuls, Pro Consuls, Quaestors,<br />
Magisters, Recruitment Chairs, Risk<br />
Managers, Alumni, Emerg<strong>in</strong>g <strong>Leaders</strong>,<br />
and Expansion officers.<br />

Each year, the <strong>Sigma</strong> <strong>Chi</strong> Foundation<br />

throughout the academic year.<br />
