<strong>in</strong>surance regulations. In 1988,<br />

Brother Joseph helped organize<br />

<strong>Sigma</strong> <strong>Chi</strong>’s Risk Management<br />

Foundation and served as Chair<br />

for 10 years.<br />

He served as 56th Grand<br />

Consul of <strong>Sigma</strong> <strong>Chi</strong> Fraternity<br />

from 1989 through 1991, and is<br />

currently the Foundation Board of<br />

Governors parliamentarian.<br />
