High Standard Disinfectant<br />
Description<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-Ex spray is a reliable anti-mycoplasma, germicide and virucidal agent that<br />
is very safe in its use. The disinfectant is based on the effect of alcohol, aldehyde and an<br />
anti-mycoplasmal reagent. The combination of these agents results in a synergy that<br />
makes <strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-Ex highly effective against mycoplasmas, bacteria, fungi and<br />
viruses. The disinfectant does not irritate skin and it is not known that it causes allergies.<br />
Moreover, it is not carcinogenic (causing cancer) or mutagenic (damaging genes).<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-Ex is excellent for cleaning and disinfection of laboratory surfaces and<br />
apparatuses, including clean benches, incubators, work benches, cell storage boxes and<br />
cryochambers.<br />
Effective against many Contaminants<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-Ex works effectively against mycoplasmas, fungi, bacteria, viruses and<br />
prevents contamination long-lasting.<br />
Non-Corrosive/Non-Carcinogenic<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-Ex is an alcohol-based, non-corrosive and non-carcinogenic solution.<br />
Ready-to-Use<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-Ex is a ready-to-use solution supplied in a refillable spray bottle.<br />
Convenient<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-Ex is excellent for maintaining a clean, contamination-free work area.<br />
Stable<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-Ex is stable at room temperature.<br />
For elimination of mycoplasmas in cell cultures, we recommend using our<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-<strong>EX</strong> kit (order #: PK-CC-91-4003). For convenient and sensitive<br />
detection of mycoplasma contamination, we recommend using our PCR<br />
<strong>Mycoplasma</strong> Test Kits for conventional or Real-Time PCR (order #: PK-CA-91-<br />
1024, PK-CA-91-1048, PK-CA-91-1096 or PK-CA-91-3025). For disinfection of CO 2<br />
incubatores and water baths we recommend using our Aquaguard solutions (PK-<br />
CC-01-867-1B & PK-CC-01-916-1E). <strong>Mycoplasma</strong>-<strong>EX</strong> spray is available in two<br />
sizes: 0.5 l (PK-CC-91-5050) and 5 l (PK-CC-91-5050-5L, with refill bottle).<br />
