Robert S. "Bob" Bennett of the
Houston firm of Bennett & Broocks has
recently been appointed to the American
Bar Association's Grand Jury Committee.
Mr. Bennett is a former Assistant United
States Attorney and has published articles
on federal evidence and white-collar
crime.
Mr. Bennett has a special interest in the
operation of federal grand juries, document
production, and Fifth Amendment protection.
He has represented numerous individuals
and corporations before both
federal and state grand juries.
