1888: was a beneficiary of the estate of her brother,
Alan Swinton, "to buy a house & furniture as a permanent
residence", to be inherited by her dau. Annie Tulloh
on her death. Her children also benefited from this estate.
He also left her their mothers "pearl necklace, broach
and earings", plus all his pictures.
