When you’ve been pulling pints for as long as we have, you learn a thing<br />

or two about food <strong>and</strong> drink. You get to know what guests like <strong>and</strong> which<br />

A lot’s changed since we pulled that first pint in 1873 (you don’t get much<br />

change from a shilling these days), but some things stay the same: <strong>our</strong><br />

stained glass of <strong>our</strong> buildings.<br />
