In order to be consistent with our
messages and graphics on any type of
information that goes out, please keep
the information below in mind:

Our logo has changed with time. It used to be a mom with three children but as our services
expanded, we grew one of the sons into a father to represent the family. It’s very important that
we all use the correct version until further notice.

Our Email Signature:
Starting February 1, 2012, the Advocacy
and Communications department will enforce
the use of the same template –shown below- on
our email signature. Everyone must use the
same font, size and contact information. NO
colored backgrounds and others font colors will
be allowed.
If you have trouble, setting up your signature,
please contact MIS or Amy Bruno in
Communications at extension x7049.
Please use the template to the right as an
example for your own signature. Font: Arial
Size: 10 Color: black. You should copy and
paste the Facebook, YouTube and Twitter from
Lyda’s signature when you received the
newsletter so that the links are maintained.

Our Colors:
Our publications should have the same colors
(blue, yellow, orange) that we use on our
organizational publications such as the website,
brochures, fact sheets, etc. These colors have a
reference number, which, in printing terms, are the
“PMS colors.” If you are
ordering any printing
materials, please tell your
printer to use these PMS
colors:
Blue: PMS 654
Orange: PMS 158
Yellow: PMS 128
