From the centre of Birr take the R440 signposted Kinnitty 13km, passing Kennedy Mo<strong>to</strong>rs, continue<br />

From Roscrea take the Birr Road continue 11.8km. Turn right at the Black Bull Pub signposted Kilcolman<br />

3km. Continue for 4.2km and at the yellow old church turn left signposted Lavender House B&B.<br />
