Hygienic Weighing Assembly<br />
The CLEVERMOUNT is designed for tough<br />
industrial weighing applications. It is<br />
ideally suited for weighing hoppers and<br />
tanks where hygiene is the priority. The<br />
assembly ensures precise, reliable and<br />
safe operation and when combined with<br />
the fully welded and sealed Ultra Shear<br />
Beam load cell, provides the preferred<br />
solution for weighing in harsh environments.<br />
The novel design can be installed<br />
with ease and facilitates cell removal<br />
without the need to jack the vessel. The<br />
assembly accommodates angular and<br />
vertical misalignment and provides antilift<br />
protection.<br />

Engineering specifications CLEVERMOUNT<br />
The CLEVERMOUNT is designed for weighing vessels, hoppers and silos in extremely harsh environments.<br />
Manufactured from cast stainless steel it is ideal for chemical, food, pharmaceutical or other<br />
applications where conditions can be severe. The assembly ensures that the vessels are securely<br />
mounted in position via two stainless steel plates.<br />
Load is transferred to the load cell through a hardened spherical bearing that will permit misalignment<br />
whilst minimising side forces. The vessel is supported during installation with or without the load cell<br />
located. Normally the anti-lift feature of the design eliminates the need for tie bars or stay rods.<br />
