ELIGIBILITY:
a. Open to Soldiers with the rank of SGT; this will be a lateral transfer.
b. Gender neutral.
c. Must have current physical or PHA. Must be able to pass a Class 3 flight physical prior to being
assigned.
d. Soldiers who are Flagged, or should be Flagged, are not eligible to apply.
e. Must be 68W MOS qualified to apply.
f. Must be willing to perform up to 72 additional Flight Training Periods (AFTPs) in addition to the
regularly scheduled drill periods.
g. Must be willing to aggressively pursue Readiness Level (RL) progression.
h. Must be eligible for a security clearance at the SECRET level.
