The LAA provides the performance framework for delivering key aspects of the Strategy in the short term. We’ll use the LAA and its indicators to ensure that the Partnership and partner organisations focus efforts on delivering critical outcomes in consecutive 3-yearly periods. Based on the LAA, we have developed a performance framework, which is to be found at the back of this document. We’ve also developed a small number of high level strategic indicators to chart our progress over the long term. These are outlined on pages 4-5.
