The directors who served during the year and to the date of this report were:-

Mr. Hatibu K. Senkoro - Director 71 years Tanzanian
Mr. Titus T. Naikuni - Director 58 years Kenyan
Mr. Vincent M. Shirima - Director 36 years Tanzanian
Gen. Mirisho Sarakikya - Director 77 years Tanzanian
Mr. Ron Schipher - Director 66 years Dutch
Ms. Fabia Bausch - Director 38 years Swiss
With the exception of Mr. A Kioko, the Group Managing Director & CEO, all other Directors
were non-executive. .
The Group Secretary during the year was Mr. Elias Mwashiuya; Tanzanian 35 years.
Whereas the Director Ms. Fabia Bausch was appointed in July 2011, Mr. Hatibu K. Senkoro and
Gen. Mirisho Sarakikya retired in the same period.
16. DIRECTORS’ INTEREST IN THE SHARES OF THE COMPANY
As shown in Note 15 above, Mr. Michael N. Shirima holds 42.91% of the Company’s issued
ordinary share capital.
17. DIRECTORS’ EMOLUMENTS
The remuneration for services rendered by the directors for the Group during the financial year
was TZS 321 Million (2011: TZS 312 million).

The Management of the Group is under the Group Managing Director & CEO and is organised
in the following functions:
