<strong>Ursuline</strong> Seniors Play Up<br />
<strong>Ursuline</strong> <strong>Academy</strong>’s senior student athletes who have signed<br />
to play for their colleges and universities were honored at a<br />
special breakfast held recently. Parents, grandparents, siblings<br />
and coaches attended the celebration at which Athletic Director<br />
Diane Redmond thanked each family for supporting<br />
<strong>Ursuline</strong>’s athletic program and their daughters’<br />
academic/athletic careers.<br />

Frosh goes to Hockey Nationals<br />
<strong>Ursuline</strong> <strong>Academy</strong> freshman Sydney Bell of Colerain<br />
Township qualified for the USA Hockey National Championships<br />
Girls U14, held in Rochester in April. She plays wing as<br />
a member of Team Pittsburgh, a Tier 1 AAA team. Team<br />
Pittsburgh was named Tier 1 Elite League Champions after<br />
winning the League and Tournament with a final win over Little<br />
Caesars’. This was Sydney’s 3rd year at the National Championships.<br />
Sydney plays locally for the Butler County Red Hawks<br />
AA boys team.<br />

Calling all former <strong>Ursuline</strong> Volleyball and Soccer Athletes:<br />
We will be hosting Alumnae games on Friday August 14, 2009 at 6pm.<br />
The Soccer game will be held at the new turf field at Blue Ash Sports<br />
Complex on Grooms Road. The Volleyball game will be held in the<br />
new gymnasium at <strong>Ursuline</strong>. A reception will follow each game. If<br />
interested in attending or playing, contact Assistant Athletic Director<br />
