The Bujinkan Dojo teaches Buda Taijutsu as instructed by Dr.<br />
Masaaki Hatsumi. It is a non-watered down, complete martial art<br />
that is comprised of kicks, punches, strikes, blocks, throws, locks,<br />
tumbling and ancient Japanese weaponry. We do not train for<br />
tournaments or competitions. The classes are instructed by Sensei<br />
Rusty Furman, 4th Degree Black Belt and Sensei Jon McFarland,<br />

Boot Camp in The Park is a six-week program of fitness<br />
instruction and team motivation designed for ALL fitness<br />

jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, hill running/walking,<br />
hiking, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball<br />
