areas of martial arts with top notch trainers and teachers from the<br />

The Bujinkan Dojo teaches Buda Taijutsu as instructed by Dr.<br />

Masaaki Hatsumi. It is a non-watered down, complete martial art<br />

that is comprised of kicks, punches, strikes, blocks, throws, locks,<br />

tumbling and ancient Japanese weaponry. We do not train for<br />

tournaments or competitions. The classes are instructed by Sensei<br />

Rusty Furman, 4th Degree Black Belt and Sensei Jon McFarland,<br />

Boot Camp in The Park is a six-week program of fitness<br />

instruction and team motivation designed for ALL fitness<br />

jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, hill running/walking,<br />

hiking, agility and power drills, sports drills, medicine ball<br />

work, stair climbing, partner drills, and much more. This class<br />

Girl scouting builds girls of courage, confidence and character,<br />

is a dance consisting of two or more people dancing in<br />

synchronization. Chicago Steppin’ also promotes a healthy<br />

and active lifestyle alternative. The class combines music,<br />

social interaction, fun and exercise. This is an exciting dance<br />

to learn, even for those who insist they have two left feet or<br />
