Following the success of the<br />
<strong>Gladis</strong> Lounge Chair which was<br />
originally introduced in 2009,<br />
Ayala Serfaty created the <strong>Gladis</strong><br />
Collection.<br />
The first inspiration was a finger<br />
print. Ayala Serfaty took the idea<br />
of ones own topography further<br />
and developed a collection with a<br />
special, hand stitched upholstery<br />
technique, reminiscent of the<br />
fluid forms found in nature.<br />
The pre-shaped fabric cover is<br />
upholstered over ergonomically<br />
shaped polyurethane foam,<br />
designed for optimal comfort.<br />
