DALE MORGAN | PRESIDENT & FOUNDER<br />
Building on a vision and an idea, Dale founded ASTOUND on the premise of creating a great company around the specific needs of his customers. With more<br />
than 16 years of experience in the exhibit and events industry worldwide, Dale had a unique perspective from which to build the company. His industry<br />
experience combined with his strengths in both leadership and innovative thinking has led the way for his vision of ASTOUND to grow from a small office in<br />
Toronto into an industry leader on a global scale.<br />
STEVE RICHES | VP GLOBAL SALES<br />
Steve brings a wealth of experience and background from the exhibition and event marketing industry to benefit the global sales effort at ASTOUND. It takes a<br />
globe trotter to manage a world based sales force and it was realizing that opportunity that brought Steve to ASTOUND. His talent and energy make him the<br />
natural choice to motivate and lead the sales force, build relationships with clients and utilize his over 19 years of international business experience in the next<br />
steps of integral growth for the company.<br />
CARLOS FAUSTINO | VP OPERATIONS<br />
Smooth operation is a must for any successful company, and Carlos brings his 25 years of exhibition industry knowledge to head up the team of professionals<br />
responsible for the fabrication, implementation and deployment of ASTOUND projects. With an extensive background working with high-profile clients, it’s easy<br />
to see why he brings so much value to the team and ASTOUND’s success. His leadership and organizational skills help to keep the team on target and efficient,<br />
ensuring quality and consistent results for clients each and every time.<br />
DARREN HUGLI | VP PARTNER SOLUTIONS<br />
With his focus on creating partnerships, Darren’s work as Vice President of Partner Solutions has helped to build the ASTOUND partner network into one of the<br />
most comprehensive in the exhibit industry worldwide. It is through his ability to connect, define opportunities and develop relationships that the ASTOUND<br />
network of partners spans the globe including Europe, Asia and the Middle East. With an extensive background in the tradeshow industry, his commitment to<br />
excellence of service for clients and his passion for connecting with people, Darren is an original team member and integral part of the ASTOUND brand.<br />

With Kevin at the helm of Finance and Administration, ASTOUND is in good hands. With over 20 years of experience in the tradeshow and exhibition industry, he<br />

Highest Profile Event in Canadian History<br />
• The Experience Canada Lounge Played host to over 3000 journalists<br />
representing top media outlets from every corner of the globe.<br />
• The 25 000 square foot environment was constructed to ‘transport’<br />
guests to some of the most beautiful landscapes across Canada,<br />
without leaving Toronto.<br />
• The pavilion featured the now famous “fake lake” which made<br />
headlines on nearly every major news network and publication<br />

• ASTOUND worked with a top architectural<br />
firm to fabricate and install this creative<br />
piece that will be seen by thousands of<br />
visitors.<br />
• Uniquely combining industrial technology,<br />
modern art and architecture, it’s<br />
composition is timeless and dynamic.<br />

–To create a large “out of the box” OOH launch idea/concept that generates buzz and<br />
excitement and appeals to the hard to reach target in high traffic urban areas<br />
STRATEGY<br />
–Design and build a unique, and modern vehicle display platform to allow consumers to<br />
get close enough to see the key vehicle features during the day and night<br />
–Include onsite brand ambassadors to deliver key messaging, engage the target<br />
consumer and distribute printed collateral<br />
–Design custom, larger than life projections set to music<br />
–Utilize a large digital countdown clock on the vehicle display platform to build<br />
anticipation between projections<br />
–Film the projection content for future viral campaign<br />
RESULTS<br />

–The styling of the vehicle is excellent since vehicles in this is category are usually<br />
