Audience Etiquette<br />
These guidelines help you (and others) have the best experience.<br />
1. DO turn off all electronic devices. These interfere with our<br />
sound system.<br />
2. DO refrain from talking and making noise. Please move to the<br />
lobby if you must have a conversation - but wait until the end of a<br />
song.<br />
3. DO remain seated during the concert. Please do not move until<br />
the end of a song, unless you are carrying an upset child out of the<br />
auditorium.<br />
4. As parents of young children ourselves, we welcome families<br />
supporting our music students in the audience and understand that<br />
the little ones can be unpredictable. DO feel free to utilize the area<br />
in the back of the auditorium if little ones need some room to move<br />
around or are restless.<br />
5. DON’T bring food or drinks in the auditorium. Please eat or<br />
drink in the lobby.<br />
6. DO applaud at appropriate times. Wait for the conductor to<br />
lower their hands - that is your cue to applaud!<br />
DO remain seated after your child’s portion of the concert is over.<br />
Please remain for the entire concert - all students have worked<br />
hard and deserve an audience. Students who wish to attend the<br />
remainder of the concert after their portion must stay with their<br />
parents.<br />
