Helix Enterprise Player is a configurable version of a media player designed and optimized for corporate
and education deployments. While providing many features of RealPlayer, popular with millions of
home users, this customizable version allows for elimination of advertising, user registration and consumer
features that don’t belong in the workplace. It puts control of corporate streaming media into the hands of
IT administrators who manage and control the media application on user desktops, thereby improving
network efficiency.
Using the included Configuration Tool, you are able to create a single client application for all your
IP-based media needs. You can control and lockdown network settings such as proxies, ports and
exceptions, install-modes and MIME-type associations.

NOTE: Helix Universal Player is formerly known as RealPlayer Enterprise however it now supports H.264 streaming.
* Helix Universal Player can play Windows Media and QuickTime formats only if Windows Media Player and QuickTime Player are
installed on the machine.
