Garrett ® by Honeywell TiAL Sport High-Performance Stainless Steel Wastegate Assemblies All TiAL wastegate assemblies are constructed with stainless steel valves and valve bodies. Actuator housings are CNC machined billet aluminum, with an optimal actuator to valve ratio or 2.2:1 for maximum flow capacity. The units are also designed with high temperature Nomex diaphragms and oxidation resistant Super Alloy components. MV-S and MV-R series wastegates now feature built in water cooling ports for rock solid performance in the most extreme applications and prolonged life when used in a normal street application (not required). TiAL offers 38mm, 41mm, 44mm, 46mm and 60mm wastegates to accommodate each type of application. 50mm Compressor Blow-Off Valve Assemblies The TiAL Blow-Off Valve design is the result of extensive development and testing.
