Purpose for the Information Guide
The Information Guide for the Washington County Schools is a quick reference of information for parents,
students, and the community. It includes the school calendar, a directory of school listings and contact information.
It also provides information for people outside of our community who may be considering moving to this area and
are considering placing their children in the Washington County School system.
The Guide also has three school sections:
Elementary school information
Middle school school information
High school information
The guide includes links to our website: http://wcs.k12.va.us/ with much more detailed information if needed. The
guide also includes links to the towns and colleges within our county and surrounding areas.
The Table of Contents has links to each section so you can move quickly throughout the guide.
