1865 $1 Indian Gold Proof Triple Struck Reverse<br />
This is the only known proof $1 Indian dated 1865, which has been recently certified by PCGS as triple struck<br />
reverse. Upon close examination there are actually five strikes on the reverse. There is detail from the original<br />
strike and also from the subsequent strikes as the coin slightly rotated in the collar.<br />
