OEM EXPERIENCE
Customer training is fully embedded into Messier-Bugatti-Dowty’s
Customer Support Division. Our training is designed against a
backdrop of in-service operational data, latest maintenance
practices and trouble-shooting procedures.
Courses comprise a blend of classroom instruction and practical
Landing Gear, Braking Systems and Hydraulics activities. Our
training courses are held in English and French. On request, we can
also provide interpreters to assist course participants who speak
other languages. We also provide all-inclusive packages, managing
all logistical aspects for our customers. (travel, lodging, etc).
As specialists in our field we can assist with the identification of
your training requirements. Messier-Bugatti-Dowty has a wide
range of learning and development opportunities which may
benefit your organization and personnel.
Training is led by experienced, qualified instructors who take a
practical approach to learning.
TRAINING CENTER
Messier-Bugatti-Dowty’s Training Center is located in Toulouse,
France right in the heart of a historical region for aircraft industry.
Our Training Center employs a staff of experienced ATA 32
training experts who not only deliver technical training, but also
develop real-world application instructions for each Messier-
Bugatti-Dowty program.
It provides technical training to customer mechanics, Safran
employees and other representatives on a daily basis to help
ensure fleet reliability.
Unless otherwise specified, all training is carried out at our Training
Center. Some courses can be held at the Customer’s location.

ATA 104
Messier-Bugatti-Dowty delivers technical training courses in full
accordance with the rules of the Air Transport Association - the
ATA 104 Specification.
The 104 specification is the industry training reference for airframe
and OEM manufacturers, defining the minimum standards to be
met in terms of training course methods and content. The rules of
the ATA define minimum standards which an aviation company
must meet when imparting training course content.
Training programs can be customized according to customer
needs and in line with specific job requirements. Safety and
human factors are also addressed during the training courses.
