<strong>Messier</strong>-<strong>Bugatti</strong>-<strong>Dowty</strong> landing<br />

gears, wheels and brakes and<br />

systems equipment.<br />

OEM EXPERIENCE<br />

Customer training is fully embedded into <strong>Messier</strong>-<strong>Bugatti</strong>-<strong>Dowty</strong>’s<br />

Customer Support Division. Our training is designed against a<br />

backdrop of in-service operational data, latest maintenance<br />

practices and trouble-shooting procedures.<br />

Courses comprise a blend of classroom instruction and practical<br />

Landing Gear, Braking Systems and Hydraulics activities. Our<br />

training courses are held in English and French. On request, we can<br />

also provide interpreters to assist course participants who speak<br />

other languages. We also provide all-inclusive packages, managing<br />

all logistical aspects for our customers. (travel, lodging, etc).<br />

As specialists in our field we can assist with the identification of<br />

your training requirements. <strong>Messier</strong>-<strong>Bugatti</strong>-<strong>Dowty</strong> has a wide<br />

range of learning and development opportunities which may<br />

benefit your organization and personnel.<br />

Training is led by experienced, qualified instructors who take a<br />

practical approach to learning.<br />

<strong>TRAINING</strong> CENTER<br />

<strong>Messier</strong>-<strong>Bugatti</strong>-<strong>Dowty</strong>’s Training Center is located in Toulouse,<br />

France right in the heart of a historical region for aircraft industry.<br />

Our Training Center employs a staff of experienced ATA 32<br />

training experts who not only deliver technical training, but also<br />

develop real-world application instructions for each <strong>Messier</strong>-<br />

<strong>Bugatti</strong>-<strong>Dowty</strong> program.<br />

It provides technical training to customer mechanics, Safran<br />

employees and other representatives on a daily basis to help<br />

ensure fleet reliability.<br />

Unless otherwise specified, all training is carried out at our Training<br />

Center. Some courses can be held at the Customer’s location.<br />

ATA 104<br />

<strong>Messier</strong>-<strong>Bugatti</strong>-<strong>Dowty</strong> delivers technical training courses in full<br />

accordance with the rules of the Air Transport Association - the<br />

ATA 104 Specification.<br />

The 104 specification is the industry training reference for airframe<br />

and OEM manufacturers, defining the minimum standards to be<br />

met in terms of training course methods and content. The rules of<br />

the ATA define minimum standards which an aviation company<br />

must meet when imparting training course content.<br />

Training programs can be customized according to customer<br />

needs and in line with specific job requirements. Safety and<br />

human factors are also addressed during the training courses.<br />
