Interpreter services<br />

As a service to all patients and families, Flower <strong>Hospital</strong> provides interpreter services in many languages<br />

free of charge – including, but not limited to, Spanish, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, German, Polish, Arabic<br />

and Vietnamese.<br />

To ask for an interpreter, please dial 0 for the operator or stop by the nursing station on the unit you’re<br />

visiting for assistance. Phones with volume controls are available for patients with hearing difficulties by<br />

dialing 0 or asking your nurse.<br />
