Step-2: A brief Proposal/Concept Note submitted by the agency should discuss the
following points:

The proposal submitted by the applicant agency will carry 50 percent weightage for the
purpose of evaluation.
Step-3: The final step will be that of making a presentation before the technical
committee of D-SAG. The purpose of the presentation is short listing in some cases, but
mostly, further improvement of the proposal through mutual discussion and agreement.
The presentation will carry a weightage of 50 percent for the purpose of evaluation. The
evaluation criteria for the same will be as follows:
