The kitchen team of the <strong>Bordoo</strong> restaurant has created three different kinds of degustation<br />

menus to ensure always the very best dinner experience one can have. There is choice<br />

between 4-, 5- and 6–course menus. Below is an example of a four-course menu. The dishes<br />

served on the degustation menus are chosen daily by the Executive Chef and they are always<br />

prepared from the freshest seasonal ingredients.<br />
